Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

MTN Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to promote the company's brand and reputation.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's objectives. - Create engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, social media, website, and internal communications. - Monitor media coverage and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels. - Analyze communication outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a communications role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Hardworking and confident with a positive attitude. - Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
