Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail -oriented German speaking Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high -quality candidates through various methods, engaging with them throughout the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
ï· Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent in the life sciences sector.
ï· Expertly leverage LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and engagement, employing advanced search techniques, including Boolean searches, to enhance candidate discovery.
ï· Conduct thorough screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
ï· Collaborate with Sales Leaders at Meet to understand specific job requirements and apply this knowledge to candidate searches.
ï· Keep up -to -date knowledge of industry trends to effectively position opportunities to candidates.
ï· Consistently meet or exceed KPI targets and performance metrics to drive success across searches.
ï· Manage the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) to track candidate progress and ensure all activity and information is tracked appropriately.
Requirements
Qualifications/skills:
ï· 1 - 3 years of experience as a candidate -focused re
cruiter (No senior applications please) German speaking. Must be fluent or at a high enough level that they can speak/converse in German in the workplace or a professional setting.
ï· Preferably in the life sciences/ Pharma/ a Technical industry or related industry.
ï· Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools, with expertise in using LinkedIn and Boolean search methods.
ï· Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar applicant tracking systems.
ï· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
ï· Ability to write effectively and professionally, crafting clear and compelling communications for candidates and clients.
ï· Detail -oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
