Key Responsibility Areas:
• Manage staff and productivity.
• Administer and co-ordinate administrative, clerical and financial controls/reports at all
workshops.
• Responsible for attendance registers, time sheets, job cards and recoveries.
• Accept appointment in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (85 of 1993).
• Scrutinise all Councils reports, minutes and circulars from the City Manager and implement
required departmental action.
• Review separate workshop yellow job cards prior to authorising the printing of pro-forma
invoices.
• Monitor and reconcile charges to other departments and processing of adjustments.
• Monitor vehicle utilisation for the division.
• Responsible for works outside/stores and petty cash requisitions.
• Responsible for courier and office distribution services.

Essential Requirements:
• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license
• 3 years relevant experience
• Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements:
• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a certificate in Administrative field.
• 4 Years relevant experience.
Essential Requirements:
• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license
