Job Purpose:

Provides messenger and driving services to the City Hall Support Services department.

Key Responsibility Areas:

•   Drives light motor vehicle to various locations within the municipality and undertakes daily deliveries.
•   Ensures that material is distributed timeously.
•   Performs binding, padding, wrapping and labelling of documents, parcels, etc.
•   Ensures that documents are accurately dispatched.
•   Operating different machines within the department.
•  Offers general assistance within the printing department and the Unit.
•   Undertakes relevant duties as directed by the manager.

Essential Requirements:

•   Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
•   Valid motor vehicle driving license
•   1-year relevant experience in multi-colour printing and/or bindery finishing.
•   Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

•   2-year relevant experience in multi-colour printing and/or bindery finishing.
