#535 - Control Room Operator

Core Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring the effective monitoring of the CCTV program, promptly identifying and responding to security incidents, and maintaining a secure environment. The controller should possess excellent attention to detail, strong observational skills, vigilant individual and the ability to make quick and informed decisions.

Key Accountabilities

Minimum Requirements:

• Psira B Grade registered – registered and up to date
• CCTV Control Room certification or at least 2 years working experience in control room environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with Office and Excel.
• Reside in Stellenbosch area – this is a self-posting position.
