Key Responsibility Areas: 

•Provides a complete secretarial service through coordination and scheduling meetings and business trips for the Deputy Head. 

•Compile minutes and agendas and ensure that they are distributed to relevant officials. 

•Assist in maintaining filing system for the Deputy Head Programmes & Projects. 

•Ensure that electronic mail is filed in such a manner for the Deputy Head Programmes & Projects to have easy access.

•Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative certificate. 

•2 Years relevant experience.

Preferred Requirements: 

•Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Secretarial studies. 

•3 Years relevant experience. 

Special Conditions: 

Willingness to work after hours and over weekend.
