• Preparation of monthly operating and capital comparative statements. 

• Compilation of annual of financial statements and providing unit information. 

• Preparation of annual estimates and providing unit information. 

• Undertake accounting practices such as Reconciliations, Posting of entries, Adjustments etc. 

• Checking and authorisation of accounting documents. 

• Attend to external/internal auditors queries. 

• Control of asset/plant register and follow up with year end asset verification. 

• Preparation of journals for Capitalisation of projects. 

• Preparation of financial certificates. 

• Prepare all information for reports on anticipated overspending on capital and operating votes.

Essential Experience 

• 3 Years relevant experience. 

Essential Qualifications 

• Relevant 3-year Accounting or Auditing qualification (NQF Level 6/7) 

Valid motor vehicle driving license. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• B Comm Accounting Degree or equivalent accredited by the relevant Accounting Professional Bodies. (NQF Level 7/8).
