• Manage and control all commercial leases.

 • Approve all commercial lease transaction and reports.

 • Conduct complex commercial negotiations and finalise commercial lease conditions. 

• Manage and control staff, recruitment and deployment of staff.

 • Deputise for the senior manager leasehold.

 • Foster trusting landlord and tenant relationships.

 • Participation and involvement in strategic issues.

 • Monitor and controls budgets.

• 5 years relevant experience of which 3 years must be at a supervisory level.

Essential Qualifications 

• Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Real Estate or Property Management or related and equivalent qualification., Valid motor vehicle driving license.
