Key responsibilities:

• Team oversight: Lead and mentor account teams, ensuring cohesive and efficient campaign execution while fostering professional growth and development within the team.
  
  


• Media relations: Cultivate and leverage robust relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers to secure high-visibility coverage and drive client success.
  
  


• Campaign execution: Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative PR campaigns, including crisis management, reputation enhancement, and media outreach, tailored to the unique needs of each prestigious client.
  
  


• Performance analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and media coverage, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise strategies and drive results.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years in PR, with a strong background in managing high-profile accounts across both consumer and business sectors. Extensive experience in high-pressure environments is essential.
