The
Opportunity

In this role, you will act as the primary
liaison between key clients and internal creative teams, driving campaign
success while maintaining high operational and financial standards:

• Serve
  as the trusted, primary point of contact for clients, leading status
  meetings, managing expectations, and identifying strategic growth
  opportunities within your portfolio.
  
• Act as
  a sharp gatekeeper—interrogating incoming briefs for clarity and
  feasibility before translating them into structured, actionable studio
  briefs for strategy, creative, and production teams.
  
• Keep
  projects moving seamlessly through studio workflow systems, managing
  timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring all deliverables meet client
  deadlines.
  
• Take
  ownership of project budgets, estimates, job costing, and revenue tracking
  in close collaboration with senior leadership and finance.
  

Requirements

• Degree
  or diploma in Marketing, Project Management, Operations, or Production.
  
• A
  minimum of  7+ years of
  hands-on experience within a fast-paced ad agency, creative studio, print,
  or retail marketing environment is essential.
  
• A proven
  track record of managing key accounts, presenting ideas confidently, and
  building lasting client relationships.
  
• Ability
  to guide cross-functional teams, manage scope creep, and keep high-volume
  projects on track under deadline pressure.
  
• Strong
  financial awareness with experience managing budgets, quotes, and job
  costing.
