Responsibilities:
Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing accounts and overachieve upsell targets.
Understand and analyse customer’s business needs, technical requirements and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate values.
Possess deep product knowledge of Zoho products with an ability to show product demos as needed.
Build and manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to scoping opportunity. Build relationships, retain, negotiate and close business.
Ensure customer satisfaction and arrest churn.
- 2 -4 years of business development experience from a software/SaaS background targeting mid to large sized companies.
- Prior experience in selling enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting and HRMS is preferred.
- Proven track record of growing business from existing customer accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting the key value proposition
- Strong communication, interpersonal and consultative skills
- Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment
- Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting.
