Account Manager

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of UK clients. This is a fully remote role based in South Africa, focused on building strong relationships, retaining business, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Conduct regular account reviews and present performance updates
• Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What You'll Need

• 3+ years in an account management or client success role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and reporting tools
• A commercial mindset with a track record of account growth
• Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R27,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
