In this role, you will manage and execute email marketing campaigns and flows from start to finish. Everything from coming up with ideas, writing copy, communicating with clients and internal teams, as well as, implementation. Most of an Account Manager's time is spent on Klaviyo, Figma, and Notion. We’ve outlined what the role would look like below.Creating and managing multiple email content calendars.Plan, write, and schedule email marketing campaigns and flows.Collect, report, and analyze past email data to make the best decisions for your clients.Conduct and lead client calls.Handle challenging questions related to email performance.Make design and copy changes on Figma.Collaborate and manage designers and copywriters.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email marketing.Software you’ll be using:SlackKlaviyoFigmaShopifyNotionRequirements:1-2 years of experience in DTC email marketing, preferably with experience using KlaviyoProficiency with Figma or similar design softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskFamiliarity with email marketing best practices and metricsConfident in communicating with clients.Perfect English is required (speaking and writing)Do Not Apply If:You're okay with delays or errors in client work.You're willing to work only during regular hours.You can only write when assisted by ChatGPT.You take deadlines lightly.You don't feel confident in your email marketing abilities.Job Type: Full-timePay: R28 000,00 - R41 000,00 per month
