Job Title: Account Manager – UK & Ireland Automotive
Location: Cape Town, South Africa (Remote)
Reports To: CEO / Founder
Compensation: R35 000- 55 000 pm + performance bonus linked to retention, expansion & new business

The platform combines review monitoring, AI-powered sentiment analysis, surveys, complaints management, and dashboards to deliver actionable insights that improve operational performance, customer experience, and brand reputation. Primarily serving automotive dealer groups, the company is entering new international markets, including South Africa, offering a unique greenfield opportunity for an exceptional commercial professional.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic, hybrid role combining customer success, retention, and new business development. The successful candidate will manage and grow an existing Irish customer portfolio while building and expanding the UK automotive market from a South African base. This is a high-autonomy role, ideal for someone commercially astute, relationship-focused, and experienced in SaaS account management within automotive retail.
