Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

- Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met

- Train and supervise accounting staff, as needed

- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- CPA or other relevant certification preferred

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or related field

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
