Key Responsibilities
Financial management — daily transaction processing, bank and petty cash reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and credit card reconciliation. Taxation and compliance — timely submission of VAT, PAYE, and Income Tax returns; CIPC maintenance; employee tax onboarding and off boarding. Financial reporting — preparation of monthly management accounts, broker consultant reports, annual financial statements, and audit support. Executive support — meeting packs, agendas, minutes, and handling confidential matters with discretion. Stakeholder service — responding to client and stakeholder queries within agreed service levels and maintaining positive relationships. Office administration — maintaining filing systems, managing information flow, and resolving service provider issues. Continuous improvement — participating in process improvement initiatives and maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation.
Requirements
BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar accounting or financial administration role, preferably in financial services. Registered or eligible for registration with a professional body (SAIPA, SAICA, or equivalent) advantageous
