Requirements

Key
Responsibilities:

·       Manage and
report on the financial performance of the development division.

·       Configure Sage
200 Evolution to ensure effective accounting systems and procedures.

·       Prepare
financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

·       Conducted
financial analysis and provided insights to support decision -making.

·       Ensure
compliance with financial regulations and standards.

·       Monitor and
manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

·       Collaborate
with project managers to track project costs and profitability.

·       Assist in the
preparation of tax returns and audits.

·       Implement and maintain internal controls to
safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's
degree in Accounting.

·       Professional
accounting qualification (e.g., SAIPA, CIMA) is preferred.

·       Proven
experience as an Accountant, preferably in the Construction industry.

·       Proficiency in
Sage 200 Evolution.

·       Strong
knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

·       Excellent
analytical and problem -solving skills.

·       Strong
attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Ability to
work independently and as part of a team.

·       Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
