Actuarial Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Provisions : Calculate and manage technical provisions.
• Capital Models : Develop and oversee regulatory and economic capital models.
• Actuarial Models : Create and maintain actuarial models.
• Risk Management : Support ORSA and Risk Appetite processes.
• Reinsurance : Structure and optimize reinsurance strategies.
• Data Analysis : Perform actuarial and statistical analyses on data.
• Special Projects : Lead various ad-hoc actuarial projects.

Qualifications:

• Progress in actuarial exams.
• At least 3 years of insurance experience.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment and applicable legislation.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in gathering and handling information.
• Efficiency and effectiveness in task performance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Energetic, resilient, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple deadlines.
• Superior Excel skills, attention to detail, and efficiency.
