As an administrator, you will be responsible for helping the smooth running of the business and homeschool by ensuring filing and documentation is kept up to date. Duties will include using computer software and understanding the requirements of the branding business. You will be required to be customer -facing - via email, phone, or greeting visitors. You will be working around children and animals and need to have patience, understanding and empathy in theses aspects. You need to be focused, organised and meticulous. This position is a once a week position, full day from 8am to 5pm or Two half days from 8am to 13:00. This is a trial position and should it be successful, more days will be added to the weekly requirements. You need to live in Kosmos or Hartbeespoort, near Leloko Lifestyle Estate. You need to have your own transport. This position cannot be done from home and you will be required to come into the office. Additional income can be earned if the person is a qualified Graphic Designer who can convert to curves.
