ADMIN ASSISTANTS

Key Responsibilities:
Handling email communications, including drafting, responding, and organising correspondence.
Drafting legal documents, under senior staff oversight.
Keeping track of critical deadlines.
Maintaining and organising digital and physical files.
Liaising with clients, service provider, and IP offices, and other stakeholders.
Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Managing postal duties.
Attending to office errands.

Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under tight deadlines.
Able to follow instructions accurately.*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Senior certificate and computer literacy.
Own transport essential.
Residence in or near Kempton Park preferred.
Familiarity with docketing systems and legal filing processes is advantageous.
Prior legal and/or intellectual property experience is advantageous, but not essential.
