Job Description - ADMIN ASSISTANTS

Key Responsibilities

Client Support and Communication

Serve as the first point of contact for client queries via email, telephone, and other channels

Provide prompt, professional, and solution-driven responses to enquiries

Escalate technical or complex matters to the relevant internal teams

Client Onboarding

Guide new clients through the onboarding and registration process

Schedule and coordinate onboarding sessions and training

Assist clients in becoming fully operational on the system

Administrative Support

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding progress

Assist with general administrative duties related to client management

Support internal processes to ensure smooth service delivery

Product Support

Develop a working knowledge of the company's software (training provided).
