Job Description - ADMIN CLERKS

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of office activities.

Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally
Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and suppliers
Maintain a professional and well-organized reception area
Maintain filing systems and company records
Perform general administrative and data-capturing duties
Assist with the preparation of correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets
Schedule meetings and manage diaries where required
Order and monitor office stationery and supplies
