Job Description - ADMIN CLERKS / ASSISTANTS

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the office of the Chief Executive and Chairman, including their personal and family interests
Managed day-to-day office operations, ensuring an efficient and organized work environment
Coordinated schedules, meetings, and appointments for CEO and Chairman.
Prepared reports, correspondence, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintained filing systems, databases, and confidential employee records.
Processed invoices, VAT submission, expense reports, and assisted with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Ordered and tracked office supplies while maintaining budget awareness.
Served as the primary point of contact for internal staff, vendors, and clients.
Assisted in planning company meetings, events, and special projects.
