Job Description - Admin/Customer Service Internship

Duties and responsibilities
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Matric
  • In the final phase or recently graduated with a degree in business Management/ Administration or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
