Administrator

Our workshop plays a key role in ensuring the high quality of our products, and we are looking for a skilled and organized Workshop Administrator to support the smooth running of our workshop operations.

• Provide administrative support to the workshop team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  


• Manage and track orders, ensuring all products move through the production process in a timely manner.
  


• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for material procurement and delivery.
  


• Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and production timelines.
  


• Assist in preparing reports on production performance and workshop output.
  


• Handle client queries related to workshop services and ensure excellent communication.
  


• Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks to help maintain workflow.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or workshop environment.
  


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  


• Experience working with inventory management systems is a plus.
