Job Description - Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Nelspruit team, 

  • Manage
    and maintain the switchboard

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone
    calls

  • Ordering of parts, Planning of services and
    Technicians

  • Planning
    Jobs and Technicians for the day,

  • Filling of
    timesheets

  • Keep Service
    Schedule up to date, Load Test Schedule, Van inspection, tool list and Van
    Stock

  • Interact
    with clients respectfully, sending quotes and receiving orders.



Requirements

  • Grade
    12

  • Minimum
    2 – 3 years experience

  • Experience in front desk and reception
    management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have reliable own transport.
  • Willingness to be on standby when required.
  • Residence in
    or near Nelspruit will be considered an advantage.
