Aesthetic Therapist - JHB

Requirements

• Qualified Aesthetic Therapist with a recognized diploma or certification in skincare or aesthetic treatments.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a high -end or luxury salon/spa environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, advanced skincare treatments, and the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  
• Sales -oriented with the ability to upsell products and services without being pushy.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  
• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and manage multiple clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  
• Proficient in using salon management software for bookings and client records.
  

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience in performing advanced non -invasive aesthetic treatments (e.g., micro -needling, laser hair removal).
  
• An interest in continuous learning and staying up -to -date with industry advancements.
  
• A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
