Role Overview
As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a key role in achieving our acquisition targets. You’ll own relationships with international and local partners, create new strategic partnerships, and ensure strong commercial outcomes for KingMakers. You’ll also have opportunities to represent KingMakers at industry events, acting as our go-to person for affiliates.
What You Will Be Doing
Acquire, retain, and activate Nigerian, South African, and international affiliate partners to drive customer acquisition.
Lead negotiations for commercial agreements with affiliates, aligning terms with LTV and CAC objectives.
Improve the partner onboarding process, including reporting and overall ways of working.
Conduct industry research to identify and approach new affiliates, staying on top of trends that impact LTV and CAC.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., compliance and legal) to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Represent KingMakers at affiliate conferences locally and internationally, and maintain visibility within the industry.
Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliate partners through consistent communication and support.
Drive channel performance by meeting acquisition targets and optimizing CAC and LTV in the Nigerian and South African markets.
Assist in setting up, tracking, and optimizing affiliate agreements using ROI benchmarks and data-driven insights.
Communicate progress on acquisition KPIs, including volumes, ROI, LTV, and CAC, to stakeholders weekly and monthly.
Identify and implement improvements to existing campaigns and deals to enhance customer lifetime value.
Work with creative teams to develop and deliver high-performing affiliate marketing assets.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role managing affiliates for iGaming companies
Strong drive and a results-oriented mindset
Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing models, including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and Tenancy — with a strong focus on optimizing LTV and CAC
Understanding of how data feeds work, as well as experience with HTML5 creatives
Solid knowledge of the gambling industry, including terminology and key trends
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for analyzing and presenting data related to LTV and CAC
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed, data-driven decisions
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with cross-functional collaboration to meet LTV and CAC goals
Proactive and well-organized, with strong prioritization skills
Hands-on experience with affiliate management platforms such as Intelitics, Income Access, or similar tools — including tracking FTDs, LTV, and CAC
Demonstrated ability to execute business strategies and deliver against performance targets focused on LTV and CAC
A successful track record in an affiliate management role, with proven experience in improving LTV and CAC outcomes
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
