The role

At Nile, we see roles as an opportunity for personal development. As our business grows, so will the scope of your role. Today, our team requires a Relationship Manager to focus on managing client relationships and building strong connections with our clients. The successful applicant will take ownership of the following functions:

• Focusing on building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Negotiating and securing the best product offering required by our clients
• Identifying and onboarding new clients to meet the needs of our growing product offering
• Managing the entire sales process to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions

Skills and aptitude

• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong business relationships
• Good understanding of agricultural inputs and their procurement processes
• Bachelors Degree is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to communicate confidently in Afrikaans is essential for this role.
