AI Automation Engineer

• Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows for reconciliations, audit, reporting and financial analytics.
  
• Develop AI automation using Claude/Anthropic, Python, Java/Spring AI, n8n and MCP.
  
• Integrate AI solutions with internal and external systems using APIs, data pipelines and reporting platforms.
  
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  
• Build, test, deploy and maintain end-to-end production solutions.
  
• Implement AI governance, risk controls, access controls and audit logging.
  
• Develop reusable automation frameworks, templates and standards.
  
• Monitor and measure efficiency, cost savings, risk and ROI.
  
• Work with Payments, Infrastructure, Compliance, Audit and AI teams to deliver solutions.
  

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in AI automation, AI agents and workflow orchestration.
  
• Hands-on Python and/or Java development experience.
  
• Experience with LLMs, Claude/Anthropic APIs and AI orchestration.
  
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
  
• Knowledge of MCP / multi-agent architectures.
  
• Strong API integration, data pipelines and system integration experience.
  
• Experience building production-ready, scalable and auditable AI solutions.
  
• Understanding of AI governance, security, risk and compliance.
  
• Ability to translate business problems into practical AI automation solutions.
