Purpose of Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Trainer to deliver high-quality training to clients across UK and US time zones.

This role focuses on creating engaging and impactful learning experiences, enabling learners to apply AI concepts in real-world scenarios and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development of innovative training programs.



Roles & Responsibilities

  Deliver engaging virtual training sessions aligned with industry standards and company policies

  Achieve and maintain a Trainer Satisfaction Score (TSAT) of 88%+

  
  


• 
  

  Leverage learner feedback and trainer insights to continuously improve training quality

  
  


• 
  

  Act as an AI Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing to course design and client programs

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support learning initiatives

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct peer observations and provide constructive, actionable feedback

  
  


• 
  

  Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices

  
  


• 
  

  Enable learners to translate theoretical AI concepts into practical, real-world applications

  
  

Skills, Qualifications & Abilities

• 
  

  Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and prompt engineering

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop ecosystem)

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with Databricks and AI/ML development workflows

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively

  Experience collaborating with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and data teams
