Air Freight Administrator (Temporary)

• Verify and check export documentation for accuracy and compliance
  
• Upload shipment documentation to the relevant system files
  

• Capture and update flight details in the system
  
• Track shipment milestones (ETD, ATD, ETA, ATA)
  
• Follow up on and record proof of delivery (POD) information
  
• Capture intake records and upload supporting documentation (e.g. photos)
  
• Record temperature monitoring data
  
• Maintain accurate and complete system records across all relevant fields
  

• Provide support across logistics functions as required
  
• Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative task
  

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric (Senior Certificate)
  
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the fruit industry
  
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with ERP and/or export systems
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
• Sound knowledge of the fruit export industry
  
• Familiarity with export documentation and ERP systems
  
• Strong email communication and etiquette
  

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
