, 40 hours per week Position: Airport Customer Service Representative Msuez Uk is a leading airport service provider in Durban, South Africa. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers at the airport, providing exceptional customer service at all times - Answer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, airport services, and local attractions - Process ticket purchases, changes, and cancellations according to company policies and procedures - Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with baggage check-in, boarding passes, and other travel documents - Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the check-in counter and boarding gates - Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of customers and staff - Keep up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with special services for passengers with disabilities or special needs - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and maintain a positive work environment Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Knowledge of basic computer applications and reservation systems - Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances If you are a team player with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
