Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Airport Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Airport Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist arriving and departing passengers at the airport

- Provide information and assistance to passengers, including flight details, baggage information, and airport facilities

- Handle check-in and boarding procedures for passengers

- Process and handle passenger documentation and payments

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations

- Adhere to all airport safety and security procedures

- Keep track of flight schedules and updates

- Assist with any other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

- Knowledge of airport procedures and regulations is a plus

- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
