Absorb and process information sufficiently in order to deliver to our clients’ requirements.
Perform tasks in a timely and effective manner, aligned to the specifications.

Design and implement management reports and dashboards.
Write, read and analyse various computer programming languages.

Hold a relevant degree with strong preference for a post graduate qualification.
Have a strong academic track record.
Have a keen interest in working with banks and insurers.
Have some experience in the financial services industry will be advantageous.
Have a strong desire to learn and upskill subject matter knowledge and technical abilities.
Have good technical and programming skills are advantageous.
Be on their way to a professional qualification in finance and risk management such as CFA and/or FRM is advantageous.
Has an enquiring mind and is eager to learn and improve their professional skillset.
Is able to work in a dynamic environment where one day never looks like another.
Is enthusiastic in their approach to their work.
Regards themselves as a high performer.
Is an excellent communicator with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Works well under pressue to meet client objectives.
Is sociable and enjoys interacting with others, both at work and at social events.
