AP - Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. A background in tech recruitment is a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement. 

• Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top-quality candidates. 

• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. 

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the right fit. 

• Maintain and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates. 

• Collaborate with the team to drive effective and strategic hiring solutions.

Who You Are 

✔️ At least 1 year of recruitment experience (tech recruitment preferred). 
✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
✔️ Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunities. 
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
✔️ Experience with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
