KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is more than just a telemarketing position. It’s more than just earning a living. If you work for us, you’ll be challenged to push yourself every day. On any given day, you will be expected to:

• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and other Key Performance areas.


• Manage outbound contacts to the international customer base for a professional product.


• Educate potential clients on specific processes and services related to the product.


• Qualifying and converting leads to sales on a daily basis


• Liaise with clients in a highly professional manner.


• Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.


• Manage leads effectively and consistently, and meet or exceed allocated daily, weekly, and monthly targets.


• Consistently meet or exceed Quality Assurance benchmarks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates who are based in Cape Town.


• Fluency in Arabic and English, with a good telephone manner, is essential. 


• Ambitious individuals who can work towards their goals with dedication and consistency.


• Someone who is determined can rise to a challenge and continue to meet their goals, working hard regardless of the circumstances. We are not looking for anyone who would like to “test” the waters.
