Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture

Registration with SACAP

3-5 years minimum proven work experience

Technical skills:

Proficient in Sketch Up and AutoCAD

Rendering programs Enscape or similar

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Construction detailing and technical knowledge

Responsibilities:

Drawing work

Design orientation

Technical documentation and detailing

Rendering

Strong presentation skills

Desirable

Thorough knowledge of Construction Methods and Materials.

Experience in restaurant/hospitality/residential design.

Knowledge of SANS 10400 and National Building Regulations and Building Standards
