Architect (Postilion)

Purpose Statement

• Design and implement  end-to-end solutions for card management and transaction switching systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define system requirements and business goals.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers.

Experience

• At least 1 years’ relevant end to end design and development experience
• Proven experience with  enterprise architecture frameworks and  business process modeling .
• Strong understanding of  network architecture and  security protocols .
• Experience in  cloud computing environments, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of  continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)and  DevOps practic
• 3- 5 years’ experience working proven knowledge of and experience with Card Management Systems
  
  • Proficient with Amazon Web Services
  • Linux Server
  • Card Management/Transaction Switching Systems
  • SQL Server/Postgres/Oracle
  • C#/Java
  • Familiar with containerization technologies
  • A thorough understanding of PCI DSS and ISO8583

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• A relevant qualification in Information Technology
