The Area Operations Coach will be responsible for managing restaurant operations for multiple KFC locations within the designated area. The Area Operations Coach will achieve sales growth, profitability, and quality goals for the area by executing operational plans, managing food and labor costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to take initiative and work independently.Qualifications:A qualification in business or operations management or related field will be advantageous.At least 5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management or hospitality managementExperience in the Quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry, Retail or FMCG industry is preferred.Experience in managing teams, achieving operational goals, and controlling costStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office programs and restaurant management softwareAbility to travel frequently within the assigned areaJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):Are you comfortable with a 6 day work week?Do you have your own reliable vehicle?License/Certification:RSA Drivers License (Required)Location:George, Western Cape (Preferred)Ability to Commute:George, Western Cape (Required)Ability to Relocate:George, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (Required)
