Are you someone who can:

• Arranging settlement quotes
• Administers the collections of Interest, Out of term and Delayed Payments
• Prepares and Compile Conduct reports for Credit Department
• Balancing of bank recons
• Refunding dealers and preparing daily productivity reports to staff
• Interest calculations and write off
• Conduct dealer visit with auditors
• Arrange viewing with auditors ensuring that audit is conducted accordingly
• Daily access to Certrack and Quiktrack report
• Out of Term - units that becomes due in the month of reporting
• Sold and Unpaid incurred by dealers through the identification via retail sale warranty and stock audits Go out on dealer visit with stock auditors
• Collection of interest Dealer interest billed monthly
• Quality Assurance as measured and assessed by the Quality Assurance team and reported.
• Team Assistance / Innovation new ideas implemented, and additional tasks taken on to ensure the execution of daily functions
• Prepare behavior score card to stock auditors
