Key Responsibilities

• Lead exceptional game drives and bush walks.
  

• Mentor and train junior guiding staff daily.
  

• Manage guiding schedules, vehicle maintenance, and rosters.
  

• Host international guests with five-star hospitality.
  

• Assist the Head Guide with department administration.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Qualifications: NQF4 (Advanced Field Guide) with Trails
  

• Certifications: Valid DEAT/CATHSSETA registration, Trails Guide, and ARH.
  

• Licenses: Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) and firearm competency.
  

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years guiding in five-star Big 5 reserves.
  

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations abilities.
