Job Purpose

To support the continues growth of the MEA region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and analysis of complex civil projects, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

• Oversee project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality assurance.

• Act as a key client contact to understand requirements, provide professional advice, and manage expectations.

• Provide guidance, technical mentorship, and direction to junior and intermediate engineers.

• Contribute to proposals, bids, and market strategy to secure new work.

• Conduct and verify technical reviews (e.g., drawings, calculations, modeling) to ensure quality

Required Qualifications & Skills

• BEng/BSc or MEng/MSc in Civil Engineering or related field.

•  5–12+ years in engineering consulting, with proven experience in technical design and project management.

• Professional Registration with ECSA (Pr.Eng or Pr.TechEng) is advantageous.

• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license

• Must be willing to travel
