Automotive Parts Specialist - CPT

We're looking for an Automotive Parts Specialist to deliver top-notch customer support by identifying and recommending the right spare parts. If you're passionate about cars, detail-oriented, and confident with catalogues and VIN-code selection, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Select and recommend spare parts using VIN-code & car-data
• Support customers with parts applicability & installation
• Work with OEM and aftermarket catalogues (Partslink24, TecDoc, etc.)
• Provide excellent customer service every step of the way

What You Need:

• 6 - 12 months spare parts selection experience
• Strong knowledge of vehicle construction & operation
• Experience with OEM and aftermarket catalogues
• Confident PC skills

Location: Cape Town CBD (Workshop17) Work from Office
