Azure Infrastructure Engineer

To design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based infrastructure within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, ensuring optimal system performance while supporting cloud migrations, infrastructure automation, and the ongoing management of Azure resources in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Experience required:

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain and monitor Azure resources, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity services.
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards across Azure environments.
• Manage Azure Active Directory, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity governance.
• Automate infrastructure deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Monitor system performance and availability, applying proactive maintenance and tuning.
• Support cloud migrations, hybrid environments, and integration with on-premises infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with developers, BI, and support teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, policies, and procedures.

Preferred Skills/Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or higher.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Graylog).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.'
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Implement security best practices and compliance standards across Azure environments.
• Manage Azure Active Directory, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity governance.
• Automate infrastructure deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Monitor system performance and availability, applying proactive maintenance and tuning.
• Support cloud migrations, hybrid environments, and integration with on-premises infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with developers, BI, and support teams to align infrastructure with business needs.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, policies, and procedures.

• Diploma in IT related domain
• Networking certificate
• Azure Certification (Advantageous)
• Security certification (Optional)
