About the Role
Our client is recruiting experienced B2B Sales Executives to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within the telecommunications sector.

This role is suited to a self-motivated, target-driven sales professional with strong experience selling connectivity or telecommunications solutions to corporate, SME, and enterprise clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned territory, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through prospecting, client meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients across an assigned territory.


• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Conduct on-site client meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.


• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.


• Develop tailored connectivity and telecommunications solutions based on client business needs.


• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts on CRM systems.


• Collaborate with internal teams, including provisioning, billing, and support, to ensure smooth client onboarding.


• Stay informed on competitor offerings, market trends, and telecommunications industry developments.


• Represent the brand professionally during all client and stakeholder engagements.

Core Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 is essential.


• Relevant sales or business qualification would be advantageous.


• Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience within the telecommunications or ICT industry.


• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.


• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence are essential.


• Strong understanding of connectivity, fibre, mobile, or fixed wireless products would be advantageous.


• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.


• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.


• Willingness to travel within the assigned region or nationally, depending on the role.
