Back-End Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end systems and APIs
  

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using best practices
  

• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and manage DevOps workflows
  

• Set up and maintain comprehensive test environments
  

• Lead and participate in all phases of the application lifecycle
  

• Debug and resolve system-level issues, identifying root causes
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems
  

• Deliver well-tested, high-performing, and production-ready features
  

• Take ownership of deployment processes and supervise junior team members

Requirements

• Certificate or course in Programming (required)
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in back-end development using Go (Golang), Python, or C#
  

Core Technical Skills

Programming & Development:

• Proficient in Go (Golang), Python, or C#
  

• Strong understanding of API development, HTTP protocols, and RESTful services
  

• Experience with Microservices architecture
  

• Skilled in multithreading, synchronization, and performance optimization
  

• Git version control proficiency
  

• Experience working with Queues, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker
  

Database Skills:

• Strong command of SQL
  

• Experience designing schemas, writing and optimizing queries, and creating indexes
  

• Skilled at analyzing and tuning query performance
  

Testing:

• Unit testing, integration testing, mocking
  

• Performance and load testing
  

Cloud & DevOps:

• Experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, ECS, CloudFront) or Azure
  

• Knowledge of Backups, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps best practices
  

Networking:

• Understanding of DNS, IPs, ports, subnets, and general networking principles
  

Tools & Debugging:

• Familiar with Postman, web browser console, application logs, and distributed tracing
  

• Able to debug across complex, interconnected systems
  

Bonus Skills:

• Exposure to JavaScript / TypeScript
  

• Basic knowledge of HTML
