Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records of transactions - Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns - Adhere to all bank policies and procedures for security and confidentiality - Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets - Keep up-to-date with changes in banking regulations and procedures - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficient in basic computer skills - Knowledge of banking products and services is an asset Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
