Bar Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner onboard the cruise ship

- Take drink orders and serve drinks according to company standards

- Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their preferences and menu offerings

- Ensure proper handling and storage of all bar equipment and supplies

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

- Uphold the company's high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bar Waiter in a high-volume establishment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

- Strong multitasking and time-management skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications

- Fluency in English, both spoken and written

- High school diploma or equivalent
