Minimum Requirements

Matric
Barista qualification preferred
2-3 years of experience as a barista, in a café/restaurant environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Reliable transport

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other beverages
Take customer orders and process payments
Maintain a clean and organised coffee station
Ensure consistent quality of drinks and presentation
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
